Located behind the Kipling Estates Clubhouse you will find the Kipling Estates Tennis and Pickleball court. Hours of operation are from sunup to sundown April 1st through November 1st each year.
1. Owners, residents, and tenants ages 13 and older may use the equipment without supervision. Persons under the age 13 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult.
2. Proper tennis attire and shoes are required. Swimsuits and street shoes are not permitted.
3. Kipling Estates residents are limited to bringing 3 guests for the tennis/pickleball courts at any one time.
4. There is a one-hour limit on the tennis/pickleball court. You may continue if no one is waiting to play,
