The Kipling Estates party room is available by reservation and offers a versatile space to accommodate a wide range of gatherings from baby showers, retirement parties, birthday parties, and more. This modern space has a max capacity of 75 guests. Reservations may be scheduled by submitting a completed, signed party reservation form and payment to the Clubhouse Office Staff. Reservations are on a first come first served basis.
