Dive into summer fun at the Kipling Estates Community Pool! Our beautifully maintained aquatic area features a spacious 45,400-gallon main pool, perfect for cooling off with friends and neighbors. For our youngest residents, the 2,400-gallon kiddie pool offers a safe and fun space to splash and play.

Guests can kick back and soak up the sun in our comfortable lounge chair area, perfect for relaxing poolside with a good book or chatting with friends.

 

The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, starting Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Whether you’re looking to unwind, or enjoy quality family time, the Kipling Estates pool is the place to be all summer long!

Pool Rules:

1. Proper swim attire is required; cut-offs and thong suits are not permitted in the pool or on deck.

2. Lockers are available in the restrooms. All items must be removed daily, as well as locks. Locks that are not removed at the end of the day will be cut off. Staff are not responsible for items left behind.

3. Persons under 16 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an Owner, resident, or tenant who is at least 18 years of age or older.

4. Owners, residents, and tenants (of 16 years of age or older) are permitted to bring 2 guests and must accompany their guests during the entire use.

5. Babysitters and nannies over the age of 18 are allowed to bring in children of Owners, residents, or tenants. Owners, residents, or tenants must register babysitter and/or nanny before bringing resident children to the pool area.

6. Owners, residents, and tenants are allowed to bring neighboring Association resident children not to exceed five (5). Owners of accompanying resident children must also be current with association dues.

7. The pool will close when the air temperature is below 68 degrees.

8. NO POOL PARTIES OR PETS ARE ALLOWED.

9. No alcohol, glass, containers, or breakable objects are permitted in the pool area.

10. Persons having any skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharge, open sores or bandages, or any communicable disease of any kind cannot be admitted.

11. Persons not yet toilet trained must always wear swim diapers when in the pool, or on the pool deck.

12. Showers are required before swimming and not for bathing or meeting places during off-time swimming. Showers are for rinsing off before and after using the pool.

13. Persons using suntan preparations that leave a greasy or oily substance on their skin must shower and remove these substances before entering the pool.

14. NO tossing balls across the pool or to anyone in the pool.

15. No diving into the pool.

16. No running, pushing, rough play or profane language will be tolerated.

17. Kickboards, tubes, toys, water guns/dispensers, or inflatable rafts are not permitted in the pool. Only inflatable objects such as swimming aids will be allowed in the pool. Pool toys are permitted; however, office staff has the overall final authority.

18. Radios are permitted on pool deck areas if they are battery-operated and equipped with earphones. The only radio that may be used is the radio in the possession of office staff, which must be maintained at a low volume at an easy-listening station.

19. Any food brought to the pool should be eaten at the designated tables within the pool area. To ensure fairness and consideration for all users of the facility, these tables cannot be reserved for later use.

20. All trash must be put in the trash receptacles provided in the designated areas.

21. All persons using the pool must dry before entering the Clubhouse.
