PAYMENT OPTIONS:

- ONLINE: If you haven’t received your new login credentials email from Bay Property Services, Inc. please contact the office at 708-974-4900 or by email at info@baypropertyservices.net.
- BY CHECK: checks are to be made payable to “Kipling Estates Homeowners Association” and be sure to include your account # (number included in your statement) and address. Please mail the check and payment coupon to the following address:

- CLUBHOUSE: the clubhouse will no longer be accepting cash payments. However, checks can be dropped off at the Clubhouse during open hours.
